Vote On Your Favorite Musical Version

Friday night. A perfect time spent listening to different female singers express their versions on a beautiful, yet brutally tough song, “I Can’t Make You Love Me” written by Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin.

Although there are many more performers, I have included only the top, in my opinion, 🙂 four female singers during their live performance of the song.An American blues singer-songwriter, often credited as the first to record the song, Bonnie Raitt –

and the stunning and talented British singer and songwriter, Adele –

Unforgettable American jazz, blues, cabaret and pop singer, Nancy Wilson – and listen to her thoughts about the song before singing it here . . .

and LeAnn Rimes, American country and pop singer –

Taking a more upbeat tone from the gorgeous Indian film actress and singer, Priyanka Chopra –

And for some Friday night blog fun, do tell which version absolutely wrings your heart to a million pieces.

Let’s vote, shall we?

Happy blogging! 🙂

you’re right, Marilyn…it was hard to find a live performance of her that really had the polished finish like the Adele concert. (she should hire her own video team…ha-ha!!) Bonnie is legendary though and still inspires with her performances. have a great weekend!
