Life From the Sea Tan Renga

It is time for another Tan Renga where two writers share a moment together. First, Cathy Tenzo’s haiku followed by my two 7-7 lines.

Life from the sea
Shipwrecked on the sand
So many shells

Enchant eager listeners
So many big fish stories

John Everett Millais, romanticism, haiku, life from sea, fish tales, life

Oil painting by John Everett Millais

usually the haiku poem offers an inspiration – you think about how you can complete the haiku on similar tone. sometimes a picture comes by perfectly, other times you have to improvise around a picture. ☺ thanks for your visit, Harsha.
