how wonderful to have masterpieces hung in a school hallway – silent lessons from the hallway wall. great concept. i wonder how many children remember the artwork in their adulthood after passing by it year after year. happy you found some happy memories here – thanks for sharing both the memory and your peace post. ♥

Major reason exposure to art/art experiences and classes are so critical at an early age. (and it should be hung at kid eye level). Kids respond to art and it makes an impact at an early age…wait until later – and young humans are too “busy” to notice and see. (and they notice adults don’t seem to value art much which leads to….)
Great looping thoughts in the verse, too!

thanks for the loves, Rommel – yes, children and peace go well together, not an easy task but if adults emulate good examples, a better world can be made for the future generations. have a great week. ☺

Love the haikus, Sun. I especially like the framing of “Behind a dreamer.” So many images of following a dreamer, a dreamer watching over us, and a child dreaming pop to mind. All beautiful. Thank you for sharing abundantly.
Like others, I had never seen this Picasso before. What a wonderful find. {{{hugs}}} Kozo
