Carpe Diem Specials, haiku challenge

A CD Special Affair: “This Morning’s Rainbow”

Time for another, Carpe Diem September Special featuring the modern haiku poet, O. Mabson Southard  (1911-2000).

The goal:

Complete the master’s poem in the “same tone, sense and spirit” with the traditional 5-7-5 syllable haiku.

For me, a misty moon brings images of a beautiful ballerina dancing freely with the wind.

Beautiful, Sunshine. I love the picture of the ballerina too. Misty Moon has something magically. I prefer to take loooong walks by moonlight and then I forget the time to come home, while Granny is waiting for me anxiously 🙂
