Your pancake sounds delicious, Sunshine! We ate them once in a month, when the grandchildren came to dinner. When I was young I was a kind of pancake-olic. I ate it with apple syrup, but now I make them with cheese and sometimes for the boys, with smoked bacon.

actually, pancakes are pretty boring unless filled with gobs of chocolate chips 🙂 but i am like you…gotta have all the extra goodies! thank you, LV. ♥

Damn, Sunshine, haven’t had pancakes for lunch since college. You sure know how to tempt a health nut with that whip cream and chocolate sauce. Might have to take the kids to IHOP this weekend. {{{Hugs]}} kozo

here’s a $saving tip: go get some frozen pancakes over at the grocery store, couple of cans of whip cream…actually, i would give each kid their own can, hehe, and jar of their favorite chocolate sauce or syrup. when they get hungry, let them make their own personal pancake plate. they will love spraying the whip cream, uh, hopefully on their pancake. but you do not mind messes when it is a creative mess, yes? of course not. 🙂

when you go to the store make sure you bring home a bunch for your freezer along with all the other goodies…midnight snacks, lunches or even dinners can include your creative pancakes! yum!
      thank you, AdminP. ♥
