Chuckles on Blog Awards: Go Ahead and ‘Jump’ with Van Halen!

Chuckles, the farm dog, dog writer, awards, blogHey,
Yep, it is time again for Chuckles, aka the blog-dog writer to lead you to some wonderful bloggers but before we go on, but wait, there’s more!
let us get some classic Van Halen and rock this house down…sing along with me…

I get up, and nothing gets me down

You got it tough, I’ve seen the toughest around

And I know, baby just how you feel

You got to roll with the punches and get to what’s real…

What are real are all the awards that I have put on hold neglected to tell you about because…

Can’t you see me standin’ here?

I got my back against the record machine

I ain’t the worst that you’ve seen

Can’t ya see what I mean?

First, a big SHOUT of  THANKS to the following blog pals, who, in my blog-dog opinion, ROCKS! Whoo-hoo!!

Now, for all the award rules and regulations, I only have one Van Halen command:

Might as well jump (jump)
Might as well jump
Go ahead and jump (jump)
Go ahead and jump

Jump! because I am a rule breaker. Yep, it is what I do best so impound me.

“Go back to your goats, you has been blog-dog writer impersonator!”

Ow-oh! Hey you! Who said that? Baby, how you been?
You say you don’t know; you won’t know until you begin…

Begin then with the one nominee for all these awards–except the One Lovely Blogging Award– because she already has it,  and it is:

MKG-Memories, Keepsakes, Gifts…and Marilyn is currently posting on her recent mini adventure with her cousin as they visited Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Thank you Marilyn for all your conversations and spending time to visit.

[p.s. dearest Marilyn, I am a very, very  bad dog. I get so confused with all the rules for each award so I am leaving it to you to try to figure it all out. I say just accept the awards and make up the rest of the rules as you see fit.

I remember you have to answer a bunch of questions about yourself so I’ll answer a few:

1. I love to sleep, but on rare occasions I will jump … up for tasty snack morsels.

2. I just finished reading the Hunger Games series–I know, pretty talented blog-dog wouldn’t you agree? I’m happy it ended with Katniss and Peeta, oops, I better not say anything if someone is currently reading it and don’t know the end of the story.

3. I do NOT like summer heat. Ugh.  Makes me sick!

4. I’m the sticker king at the moment…if you saw me now, I’m covered in stickers, grass, dirt and probably insects who find my furry body a fun playground. *sigh*

5. I love to eat.

6. My girlie pals are kitty cats–I have two female cat girlfriends. 🙂 They love me even though I don’t share any of my food with them.

7. I love all the blog friends that visit and occasionally I get to visit some of them–when I have been good.

Thank you for being so patient and understandable with this long post. I tried to make it as short as possible and a goat dog, aka, blog-dog writer can only do so much and well, I’m surprised I got this far. My humble apologies.]

I woof, love you all,

Chuckles, aka farm blog-dog writer for Simply Charming

Yes, Marilyn, you are the super star in my books…I finally got off my big butt and wrote my piece for the Boss lady, sunshine.
I wasn’t sure if you received any of the other awards so I figure, why not go for the gold and bring you all of them. It took my awhile to carry each of them over to your place but I made it.
Now, I have to, no, wait, I need to eat my BREAKFAST, so paw-five to you and hope you find all the naps that I will find this weekend! Love, Chuckles aka farm, blog writer dog 🙂
