Today as you can see I was thinking about laughs….laughter….laughing Yoga.
Ha ha…..Laughing Yoga apparently is a great practice that can put you into a better mood since endorphins (a happy chemical released from the brain) maintains the good mood and cheerful attitude throughout the day. Ha Ha…. second, emotional, physical and mental stress reduces since the laughing brings more oxygen to the brain and body. Ha Ha Ho Ha….third, the immune system gets stronger with more oxygen flowing around. Ha Ha Ha…. fourth, because one feels great, more positive energy is flowing so relationships improve and you may find more people want to hang around with you.
